Ms. Freda Lim
Freda Lim serves as the General Manager for Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Hong Kong and Macau, where she focuses on initiatives that aim to advance medical technology and enhance patient care. Prior to relocating to Hong Kong, she managed the Cardiovascular business in Southeast Asia, gaining valuable insights into the region's healthcare landscape.
With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare and medical device industries, Freda is dedicated to promoting education, expanding patient access, and encouraging the adoption of innovative solutions. She is also deeply committed to mentorship, actively contributing to programs designed to inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders in Asia.
Freda holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
