Medical Device Division: The Change Application Form (MD105) has been updated

The Change Application Form (MD105) was updated on 1 January 2024 and takes immediate effect. Local Responsible Persons (LRP) shall use the abovementioned form to apply for Changes of Listed Medical Devices.
