2. If the event is conducted online (e.g. via Zoom), the name of applicant must be the same as the name used online to join the event.

4. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis for in-person briefing session. If no more seat is available with the in-person briefing session on 26 November 2024, the online session on 25 November 2024 will be arranged instead.
