The company's vision is to improve the screening and early detection of specific biomarkers of certain diseases in order to increase the success of treatments and eliminate side effects for patients.

The Bright-Dtech is a patented technology which aims to improve the sensitivity of biomarker detection. It consists in developing ultra-efficient fluorescent nano-molecules with unique characteristics. Their efficiency and their properties make it possible to replace the current fluorescent molecules.
Requirement & Duties
Tasks:
The main objective of this position is to participate in the design of tests based on fluorescent nano-molecules with below main tasks:
- Implementation of FLISA and Lateral Flow experiments
- Training and supervision of R&D technical staff in various basic techniques in molecular biology
- Optimization of parameters (Concentration, coupling, buffer, …)
- Improvement of measurement conditions (Limit of detection, background noise, etc.)
- Drafting of protocols
- Preparation of regular plan and budget for R&D activities and take up other ad hoc assignment
- Relationship with R&D partners
Requirements:
- Master degree or above in Biology or Biochemistry
- 3+ years’ experience with molecular biology (ELISA, Immunoassays, Lateral Flow)
- Knowledge of bioconjugation techniques
- Knowledge in immunology
- Knowledge of fluorescence spectroscopy (instruments, techniques, ...)
- Personal qualities: team spirit, rigor, sense of organization, autonomy, determination
- Fluent in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and oral)
- Starting date: Aug 2022
