陳曉峰 先生
Nick Chan (Medal of Honour recipient) is a Partner of a top ten most global law firm Squire Patton Boggs, with 47 offices in 20 countries, where he has regional responsibility in Asia Pacific for the firm’s Technology Media and Telecoms practice. He takes pride in assisting and contributing to the success of governments, multi-national corporations, PE/VC firms, technology companies and start-ups. Nick has a computer science background and have inhouse experience at some of the world’s leading technology companies.
Apart from serving as the Honorary Legal Advisor of our association, Nick serves as a Council Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and at The Law Society of Hong Kong he serves as Council Member, and as Vice Chairman in the Belt and Road Committee and the InnoTech Committee.
He serves as member of the Innovation Technology Bureau’s Innovation and Technology Venture Fund, and as Chairman, adjudicator and member of various appeal boards.
